My first thoughts went in two directions with regards to visuals that would reflect such a huge breakthrough in technology. I thought about futuristic design and how design could be pushed further than seen before. In addition to this, I think we should weigh up how we can bring in design from the past, design that comforts and reminds users of safety and reliability. This will be vitally important to making users adopt such a progressive - read: scary - new transport!

- Go to York National Railway Museum, looking to channel the reliability and nostalgia portrayed by trains from across the decades. Here
